changed while the Robot was
extending toward the cassette.
• The cassette was moved by the
Robot due to a cross-slotted wafer,
a warped cassette, or Robot-tocassette misalignment. An attempt
to conduct a pin search with an 8"
wafer on the paddle or entering a
pw (Put Wafer) command to a slot,
which is not empty, will also
displace the cassette(s)
