Flipped classroom, as a new teaching mode, has not fully entered the public vision. In theory, it has yet to be studied. In practice, it is only carried out in individual areas and has not been promoted. It is hoped that through the research of this paper, people can really understand the origin, connotation and development process of flipped classroom, give full play to the advantages brought by the implementation of flipped classroom in Colleges and universities, and make the combination of College English and flipped classroom produce different sparks, so as to effectively implement and promote the flipped classroom teaching mode in College English teaching.<br>
