本课题研究旨在解决城乡结合部小学中高年级学生在英语学科学习自我管理策略渗透、培养的问题。<br>致力促进教师掌握脑科学原理，遵循科学用脑原则，对学生实施学法指导和成长培育。在实际教育教学中双剑合璧去运用该主题的校本培训学习成果：既运用正确理论指导教育教学实践，又反观实践提炼相关的理论支撑；促使学生在教师的引领指导下，懂得科学健康用脑的基本常识，懂得相关学习方法的脑科学基本原理，更好地寻求并运用适合自己学习风格的学习方法；促成学生在教师指导下掌握英语学科的学习技巧策略，促进小学生在该学科学习方面的能力提高，还能影响、带动其他学科学习策略的形成，从而让小学生学习效益整体提升；该研究帮助学生在学习自我管理策略方面进行探索，在此过程中带领学生寻找适合自己的学习自我管理策略，为自主学习、终身学习夯实基础。在当今“双减”和“五项管理”的背景之下，学生学习的减负增效提质，很大程度上看，自我管理是关键因素。
