The substantial increase in the annual caps as compared to the historical transaction amounts for the Track Record Period is primarily due to the provision of property transaction assistance services by us in respect of leasing of unsold properties (excluding car parking spaces) developed by the Evergrande Associates has only been commenced in 2018 and the provision of property transaction assistance services by us in respect of the sales of the car parking spaces situated in properties developed by the Evergrande Associates has only been commenced in 2019.
