Would you please help advise why we ended up losing this shipment for future reference? I was under the impression forwarders were being switched because we advise that the wood on the provided freight was non-compliant but the forwarder you are switching to is saying the same thing and the shipment has to be repackaged regardless. I wanted to understand because we already incurred pickup charges and now did extra work on top of the initial arranging and physical handling of the cargo to help transfer. I would not want to continue competing pickups and paying for them if we are in turn not going to be paid by you for said pickup. We do not want to continue absorbing this cost if you don’t even move the freight with us.
