The key to the success of cooperative learning lies in the teacher's ability to control the learning process. In cooperative learning, the teacher should be the guide and promoter, and sometimes the cooperator. The teacher must go deep into each group, listen carefully to everybody's speech, organize the group member to carry on the exchange in due course. Teachers should carefully observe and understand the activities of each group, when the group activities are carried out very smoothly, teachers should give timely praise; when the group activities have problems, teachers should intervene in a timely manner and provide effective guidance to students, finding that individual students can not participate in communication, do things unrelated to cooperative learning, or individual group communication is not serious, teachers should guide them in a timely manner, put forward clear requirements to ensure that cooperative learning can be carried out smoothly, and not mere formality. In cooperative learning, it is often difficult to go deep because of the block of thinking. However, when cooperative learning is adopted, group communication and discussion tend to be shallow and superficial, while deep and unique exploration is often neglected. This needs the teacher prompt instruction, can enable the student to remove the barrier quickly, causes the group cooperation activity to be smooth and effective.
