At present, the treatment of asthma mainly includes glucocorticoids and bronchodilators. However, long-term use of glucocorticoids, especially systemic use of glucocorticoids, will bring a series of side effects, such as fungal infection, peptic ulcer, osteoporosis, obesity, fracture and so on. However, there are still 5-10% refractory asthma, which has poor response to hormone therapy, with recurrent attacks and a significant increase in the number of emergency visits [5].
