Also the 8D report is for FTBCI internal use to fill in. Ebusco is the customer and can only provide you with the complaint form or NCR(see attached). It is for FTBCI to follow up on this complaint and find the root cause, and provide prevention plan to make this issue gets resolved as quickly as possible.I expect a reply on this mail with answers on the above and filled in 8D report by next week Wednesday Oct 14.
