依据《英语课程标准》2011及新课程改革的要求相结合,我们的根本点是以学生为本,要大力发挥学生学习的自观能动性,让英语变得生动有趣且能实实在在运用,小学教育新要求也对小学英语教育工作者指明与时俱进的要求.互动教育是最有效最直接的教育方式。作为一名小学英语教育工作者,了解学生及与学生建造良好的师生的关系是前提,其次懂得心理学知识了解不同年龄段学生的心理结构,第三、当前教育学生发展的角色的发展,一定要走进学生内心处,尊重且协助学生真正掌握自己是学习的行动者,充分了解并真实做到学习意义上的主人。这一切都离不开互动教学模式,不断推动、坚持落实是主要的方式.故本论文使用互动教学模式的前提是在小学教育实际的基础上,指出互动教学模式有待改善的之处,以期为提升小学英语教学实效性提出若干建议提供参考。
