It is not only help us eat slowly and taste slowly,but also develop our healthy habits .③For example,now I'm hungry,so I need to fill the hungry stomach.I believe that "the more the better",so I eat a lot of things such as cake,hamburger,steak,Pizza and so on.After eating them ,I feel really full and even have a stomachache ,so I have to go to the hospital to see a doctor.In contrast,If I just eat the food that I need,not only will I solve the problem of hunger but also I can keep healthy.④For example, in our life, we often pile things everywhere, but too much will damage the cleanliness of the room. Through the analysis of the examples, we found out the “Less” doesn't mean everything should be the simplest. Instead, We have to know what we really want to do most.
