According to the structural characteristics and production requirements of the high-branch saw locking sleeve plastic mold, a more detailed plastic mold process plan was proposed : the characteristic process analysis, structural design, and working principle of the plastic part. The key technologies in the injection mold structure of the slider mechanism of the plastic part with the characteristics of the locking sleeve were analyzed, and the design and application of the plastic mold process components were completed. The structure of the cooling mechanism, gating system, slider core-pulling mechanism and push plate ejection system of the core-pulling mold of the slider mechanism of the locking sleeve plastic part was determined. The complex opening and closing process of the slider mechanism and the push plate ejection system was mainly studied, and the overall design of the mold structure was realized. The results show that the overall structure of the mold is compact, the work is stable, and the defects of the molded parts are less, which meets the requirements of the production process. At the same time, it also provides a reference for processing enterprises to shorten the mold production cycle and reduce production costs.
