Historical and Cultural Street itself contains rich local characteristics and is a meaningful "cultural space". With the rise of tourism, historical and cultural blocks have been gradually developed into "consumption space" with culture as the background, attracting many catering industries. From the perspective of location theory, through field research, interview and questionnaire survey, this paper explores the spatial distribution characteristics and reasons of catering industry in Chaozhou historical and cultural blocks, in order to verify the internal mechanism of the impact of location on the spatial differences of catering industry. The conclusions of this paper are as follows: first, on the whole, the spatial distribution of the catering industry presents the characteristics of "core agglomeration, extending along the axis"; second, the spatial distribution of different types of catering industry is "uneven", but there are certain rules of agglomeration and diffusion; third, different operators and consumers have different location choices for the catering industry due to different cognition.<br>
