In this paper, Haier Group to build financial sharing services as an example, through reading and looking for relevant theories and literature. Firstly, the research background and significance are analyzed. Then it introduces the related concepts and theoretical basis of financial model. The significance of the implementation of the new financial model and the benefits that the previous financial model can bring to the enterprise are compared. Through the construction of Haier's financial model, this paper analyzes the motivation and reasons for the adoption of the model, and then introduces the results after the construction. This paper summarizes the successful experience of Haier Group, and also provides reference for other enterprise groups that are building financial sharing services<br>
