Purpose of this experiment is cold worked copper, observe the structure of copper, and metal annealing after cold working, to obtain its recrystallization temperature. Experiment starts rolling process. The process is a three copper thickness decreased to 10%, 30%, 50%, which is an expanded copper. Non-rolled and rolled copper is cut to 5, annealed at various temperature for 30 minutes, showing a perfect appearance (200 degrees, 300 degrees, 600 degrees), where one untreated. These copper is then conducted to obtain a hardness value hardness test. Microstructure of the samples were then observed with a microscope.
