・Heat the bolts if they are hard to loosen.② Set the nozzle temperature below the room temperature(room temperature minus 11-20℃), and remove the nozzle band heater and thermocouple. If the difference between the preset and actual temperatures is too small, the heater power may be turned on.※ Do not stand in front of the nozzle.Exercise care during work. When the heating cylinder is full of gas, the heating cylinder head may be blown off.Loosen the bolt securing the band heater at the front of the heating cylinder.(Because the heating cylinder head is tightened.)Pull the heating cylinder head until it touches the remaining two bolts.Wrap cotton waste around the nozzle and pull the nozzle by hand, or remove the nozzle while gently hammering it with a plastic hammer, etc.Remove the remaining two bolts, and then remove the heating cylinder head.(Remove adhering resin while it is soft.)※ The heating cylinder is heavy.Exercise great care.※ Work should be conducted on the nonoperation side from here.① Move the screw to the rearmost position.② Remove the acrylic plate on the nonoperation side of the injection unit.Remove the mounting bolt from the retaining ring.If the retaining ring turns and removal of the mounting bolt is difficult, try to move the screw backward while removing the mounting bolt.※ When the bolt is in a position where removal is difficult, set the metering value at a maximum and move the screw approx.10 mm forward.(Unless the metering is incomplete, the screw will not move.)Set the speed(rpm)at approx. 10% to turn the screw for positioning. After removing the mounting bolt from the retaining ring, move the screw to the foremost position.Move the screw to the rearmost position, and separate the injection ram from the retaining ring.※ Stop the pump motor.Carefully remove the split ring and split ring stopper.Exercise special care, otherwise the split ring stopper may be broken.① Lift the securing bolt in front of the injection unit under the heating cylinder.Loosen the securing nut, and completely loosen the nozzle height adjusting screw with a cap wrench.Lift the securing bolt under the injection unitBefore removing the screw, turn the injection unit up to a position where the operation panel will not be obstructive.・ Do not use the nozzle touch cylinder rod as a lever(for prevention of bending)when turning the injection unit.・ Lift the two securing bolts(2-9.(1)shown above)at the front so that they will not be caught when the injection unit is turnedPut a wooden chip between the injection ram and screw.※ Hold the wooden chip with iron scissors.Do not hold the wooden chip directly by hand.② Gradually move the injection ram forward to push out the screw.Operate the screw change-over switch intermittently and as quickly as possible.※ See p.3-41 when removing only the screw tip part or loosening the screw torpedo. The screw is hot.Wrap it with cotton waste before removal. If the screw is difficult to remove, turn it counterclockwise while removing it.If it cannot be removed, use a slightly longer wooden chip and repeat operation 2-12.Place the removed screw on wooden chips to avoid damage.Remove the adhering resin while it is still soft with a brass brush.(Use of hydraulic oil or fluid paraffin is recommended at that time.)Ask our serviceman how to remove adhering resin.※ See p.3-40 when disassembling the screw.・ Wooden bar - For insertion into heating cylinder(smaller than screw in diameter)・ Flashlight・ Seizure preventive grease(CHESTERTON 725 nickel compound)・ The heater wiring at the front of the heating cylinder should be completed(however, securing bolts should remain loose).・ Contact our serviceman for the method of cleaning the heating cylinder.①Turn on the power to the heater in advance to raise the heating cylinder temperature up to the resin melting temperature.
