We need to know how to bend and stretch things, how to be flexible, and how to change the way of twists and turns when we meet something that can't be reached directly. We can't avoid changing the way of speaking, or taking a step back, or perhaps giving up here and reaping there. This is better.<br>The way of flexion and extension is the same with the way of dealing with people and things. You can't just ask others to listen to yourself or others. If you directly refute or order, you can only mess things up. It's better to be tactful. Both sides step back and think about the problem. Maybe, it's easier for both sides to reach a tacit understanding.<br>
