(A)in accordance with the LEPTS, the generally accepted international standards with respect to the activities involved and subject to the overriding requirements of the previous standards, the Feasibility Study Reports, to that level of skill, care and diligence as is expected of the engineering profession in connection with the design of a hydroelectric power plant expected to perform the functions of the Project Facilities and so that the Project Facilities will be designed to fully meet the undertakings of the Company under this Agreement;
