Abstract: Objective: To explore the effect sequestering of patients with predicted immune nutrition status and tumor load and on the prognosis of PATIENTs with CRLM liver removal, and to guide the treatment of PATIENTs with CRLM liver removal according to their influence. Methods: The immune nutrition status score was calculated based on the serum total albumin concentration (g/dl), total cholesterol (total cholesterol (mg/dl), and the total number of peripheral blood lymphocytes (total lymphocytes (/mm3) and the TBS score based on the number and diameter size of the liver metaster. The sum of the two, the total number of 8 divided into two groups, through multi-factor regression analysis to compare the prognosis of the two groups of patients, to analyze it. Results prediction: COUNT-TBS score was associated with prognosis in patients with CRLM liver resection. Conclusion: The COUNT-TBS score has predictive value for the prognosis of PATIENTs with CRLM liver resection and can provide guidance on its treatment.
