1.07 Works as part of a complete and integrated façade cladding system comprising aluminium sheet cladding, glass, insulation, and aluminium sheet cladding sun breaker fins as shown on elevations, - all are measured to the projection of the overall area covered by the façade system on elevation. Sides of recesses and steps in surfaces are not to be added to the measured area. 1.08 Translucent sheets, rooflight units, sheets with louvre blades, ventilators and the like units are enumerated. 1.09 Rates for measured work are deemed to include the costs of: method of fixing and type and spacing of fixings, fixing through underlinings, side and end laps, jointing and sealing including movement joints, any pitch of roof covering, insulation, vapour barriers and integral underlay, work in forming voids not exceeding 1.00 m2, abutments, eaves, vertical angles, skirtings, flashings, aprons, sills, gutters and linings, jambs and filler pieces, fire stops, all cutting and holes for pipes and the like, including soaker flanges and collars, warning notices. 1.10 In addition to above point 1.09, Rates for measured work for integrated façade cladding system are deemed to include the costs of:design of integrated façade cladding system including all main and secondary steel required to support façade cladding system, fully finished and coated with protective coating and/or fireproofing coating as applicable and as stipulated in the specifications, including brackets and heavy duty anchors including necessary coating, fixings, fittings and accessories, fire-safing and smoke seal for integrated façade cladding system
