On a monthly basis, if the store gross revenue exceeds monthly gross revenue targets, individual commission, as a percentage of individual sales achievement, will be paid in addition to a pool commission, defined by that month’s Net Promoter Score (NPS) which is a percentage of Store Sales performance. Monthly Store Gross Revenue Targets Monthly store gross revenue targets will be established by Canada Goose in its sole discretion and will be provided to the Store Manager.Targets are subject to change. Any changes will be communicated directly to the Store Manager by the Retail Director. Monthly store gross revenue is inclusive of store returns, but will exclude all online returns. Timing of Payments Any individual commission and pool commission will be payable to each eligible employee. Payout will occur the following month. No Guarantee of Commission Commission is based on individual and store performance and no employee is guaranteed a payout under the Plan.
