At present, the traditional detection methods of tyrosine enzyme include fluorescence method, color comparison method and electrochemical method. In recent years, some new methods have been extended on the basis of these methods, further enriching the method system of tyrosine enzyme detection. Table 1 shows the detection limits and characteristics of tyrosine enzyme detection methods and other detection methods proposed in this paper. As can be seen from Table 1, compared with other methods, the experimental method has some advantages in detection sensitivity and accuracy, and the operation is simple, the experimental cost is low, and the detection limit is low. It can be used to detect the content of tyrosine enzyme in aquatic products quickly and in real time, with a view to providing a new standard for the evaluation of the quality of aquatic products.
