At present, the traditional detection methods of tyrosinase include fluorescence method, colorimetric method and electrochemical method. In recent years, on the basis of these methods, some new methods have been extended to further enrich the method system of tyrosinase detection. Table 1 shows the detection limits and characteristics of the tyrosinase detection method and other detection methods proposed in this article. It can be seen from Table 1 that compared with other methods, this experimental method has certain advantages in detection sensitivity and accuracy, simple operation, low experimental cost, and lower detection limit. It can be used for rapid and real-time detection of tyrosinase content in aquatic products, in order to provide a new standard for the quality evaluation of aquatic products.
