Club Concern:• If a concern is raised by Sam’s Club, a member of Club Management will contact the Tastes and Tips Club Supervisor to report the issue. • If Club Management determines the issue is outside the scope of the Tastes and Tips Club Supervisor, then the Tastes and Tips Contact List may be utilized to determine the next level of Tastes and Tips management that should be contacted. In most cases this will be the District Supervisor.• Once notified, Tastes and Tips Management will investigate the concern immediately and provide an action plan to the Club Support Demo Team and an update to the Club, within 24 hours.
