In the above discussion, it is assumed that green knowledge acquisition plays a mediating role between green learning orientation and exploitative and exploratory green innovations, and environmental organizational culture can strengthen the links between green learning orientation, green knowledge acquisition and exploitative and exploratory green innovations. Following this logic, when environmental organizational culture is high, green learning orientation will have stronger positive effect on exploitative and exploratory green innovations via green knowledge acquisition. That is, when environmental organizational culture is high, the mediating effects of green knowledge acquisition on green learning orientation and exploitative and exploratory green innovations will be stronger. Therefore, the following hypotheses are proposed: H4a: Green knowledge acquisition has a stronger mediating effect on green learning orientation and exploitative green innovation when environmental organizational culture is high.H4b: Green knowledge acquisition has a stronger mediating effect on green learning orientation and exploratory green innovation when environmental organizational culture is high.
