我大学毕业后，从生产基层做起，熟悉生产工艺配方及人员管理，升任班长，车间主任，负责人员生产安排综合管理，研发接待学习试制转中产。 期间公司还和苏州高校合作，开委培班，依托江南大学教材，任专业课老师，三年学生毕业后，全班40名学生留厂工作。

After graduating from University, I started from the production base, familiar with the production process formula and personnel management, promoted to monitor, workshop director, responsible for the comprehensive management of personnel production arrangement, R & D reception, learning, trial production and transferring to the middle class. During this period, the company also cooperated with Suzhou universities to open training classes. Relying on the teaching materials of Jiangnan University, the company served as a professional course teacher. After three years of graduation, 40 students in the class stayed in the factory to work.<br>
