2.3. Detection MethodIn the detection of molecular tumor markers, disabled gastric tissue specimens of patients were extracted in a conventional manner, and paraffin sections were establishedusing the collected love tissue specimens to perform dewaxing and hydration treatment of the gastric mucosa ofthe patients and antigen repair. After that, specific sitesof the gastric mucosa tissue were sealed, and vascularendothelial growth factor primary antibody was addednight, rinsed at room temperature, and the organism wasdropped prime labeled secondary antibody, incubated at37 C for 40 min, and rinsed at room temperature. After10 minutes of reaction, it was used for staining, 10 minuteswas washed, and hydrochloric acid alcohol was used fordifferentiation treatment for 3 s. After washing, the samples were soaked in warm water for 30 min, and then70%, 80%, 90%, and 100% alcohol were used to rinsedehydration. After soaking for 10 min, a neutral gum sealwas established and if brown or yellow particles appear inthe cytoplasm of the cell, it can be determined as positivecells.
