[Abstract] Objective: To evaluate the value of PCNB (percutaneous needle biopsy) CT-guided lung lesions diagnosis. Methods: The lung lesion was occupying our hospital in March 2017 ~ June 2019 were treated as an object of study, all patients are in line PCNB CT-guided preoperative diagnosis, patients were observed for the first time success rate of genotyping success rate of biopsy, diagnostic accuracy and complication rates. Results: The 40 patients disposable diagnostic coverage success rate was 87.5% (35 patients), 36 cases of diagnosis, biopsy genotyping success rate of 90.00%, malignant lesion detection rate was 88.24% (30 cases ), benign lesion detection was 100.00% (6 cases), the adverse reactions was 12.5% (40 patients with the diagnosis of this drawn-time success rate was 87.5% (35 patients), 36 cases of diagnosis, minutes of biopsy success rate of 90.00%, malignant lesion detection rate was 88.24% (detection of lung squamous cell carcinoma, 4 cases 5 cases of lung cancer, 6 cases of colorectal cancer, 10 cases of small cell lung carcinoma, large cell undifferentiated 5 cases of cancer), benign lesions 100.00% detection rate (detection abscess two cases, the ball 3 cases of tuberculosis, pneumoconiosis = 1), the adverse reactions was 12.5% (including 2 cases of pneumothorax, pin tract bleeding in 1 case , 1 case of lung compressed air thrombosis patients).
Conclusion: CT guided PCNB diagnosis of non lesions with high diagnostic accuracy, but the complication rate to be reduced.

Objective: To analyze the application value of PCNB (psoriasis biopsy) in the diagnosis of pulmonary occupant disease under CT guidance. Methods: The patients with pulmonary occupancy disease treated in our hospital from March 2017 to June 2019 were treated as research objects, and all patients were diagnosed with CT-guided PCNB surgery, and observed the success rate of first puncture and partbiotic success rate, diagnosis accuracy and complication incidence. Results: The success rate of 40 patients in this diagnosis was 87.5% (35 cases), 36 cases were clearly diagnosed, the success rate of the part-type biopsy was as high as 90.00%, of which the detection rate of malignant lesions was 88.24% (30 cases), and the detection rate of benign lesions was 100.00% (6 cases), The adverse reaction rate in this group was 12.5% (the success rate of 40 patients diagnosed in this diagnosis was 87.5% (35 cases), 36 cases were clearly diagnosed, the success rate of the typed biopsy was as high as 90.00%, of which the detection rate of malignant lesions was 88.24% (4 cases of lung squamous cancer, 5 cases of lung adenocarcinoma, 6 cases of rectal cancer, 35 cases), the success rate of the typed biopsy was as high as 90.00%. 10 cases of lung small cell carcinoma, large cell undifferentiated cancer 5 cases), benign lesions detection rate of 100.00% (check edgy abscess 2 cases, tuberculosis ball 3 cases, dust lung 1 case), the group adverse reaction rate of 12.5% (including gas chest 2 cases, needle bleeding 1 case, lung compression 1 case, air thrombosis 1 case).
Conclusion: The diagnosis of non-occupancy lesions by USING CT-guided PCNB has a high diagnostic accuracy, but the incidence of complications needs to be reduced.

[Abstract] Objective: to analyze the value of CT guided PCNB in the diagnosis of lung space occupying lesions. Methods: the patients with lung space occupying lesions in our hospital from March 2017 to June 2019 were studied. All patients were diagnosed with PCNB guided by CT, and the success rate of first puncture, the success rate of classification biopsy, the accuracy rate of diagnosis and the incidence rate of complications were observed. Results: the successful rate of one-time sampling was 87.5% (35 cases), 36 cases were definitely diagnosed, 90.00% of them were classified biopsy, 88.24% (30 cases) were malignant lesions, 100.00% (6 cases) were benign lesions, 12.5% (35 cases) were adverse reactions 36 cases were diagnosed and 90.00% of the cases were classified.
