Used at detailed level, the WBS shall be an integral part of a detailed project management package.The WBS at this level shall define:Module/deliverable numbering system, which is reflected in the drawing and document numbering system(and also in the document management software/process)WBS dictionary, which describes in detailed narrative form each element of the WBS, the element's products, work content, unique master code identifier and other pertinent informationThe WBS numbering system shall be used to identify all components of the System, the related documents, all correspondence, etc. The WBS shall be linked to Project Management and Document Management activities.The WBS shall be the framework that is used to accumulate the cost, budget and schedule data that the Consultant provides to the Client.The WBS shall be hierarchical in nature and shall integrate with the Project organization to provide an identified responsibility for a work element.
