As a kind of special passengers, disabled passengers may face more difficulties and challenges when they choose to travel by air. In March 2016, Comrade Feng Zhenglin, Director of Civil Aviation Administration, put forward the service concept of "sincere service" on civil aviation services, which put forward higher and more requirements for civil aviation service personnel. Facing disabled passengers, the sincere service of airport ground service personnel is particularly important. Therefore, how to make disabled passengers get better service and feel warm and caring, high-quality ground service is very important, which needs to focus on the actual needs and characteristics of disabled passengers, combine the problems of ground service personnel in service, and give disabled passengers sincere service, hoping to comprehensively improve the quality and level of ground service personnel's sincere service for disabled passengers, so as to enhance the satisfaction of disabled passengers.Based on my internship at Shanghai Pudong Airport, this paper analyzes the present situation of transportation service for disabled passengers in Shanghai Pudong Airport, and points out the problems in transportation service for disabled passengers in Shanghai Pudong Airport. Combined with the analysis of these problems, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve the transportation service level of disabled passengers in Shanghai Pudong Airport, so as to comprehensively improve the transportation service level of disabled passengers in Pudong Airport and enhance the satisfaction of participating passengers.Key words: Shanghai Pudong Airport, disabled passengers, transportation service.
