The spread of awareness of infectious diseases has an important impact on the spread of infectious diseases, and the degree of influence is different in different density groups. Therefore, this paper establishes the uau-sis model which is consistent with this phenomenon, defines the interaction and propagation rules between individuals, and studies the dynamic influence of infectious disease awareness level on infectious disease transmission layer from the individual level by using the method of ABM simulation modeling. The simulation experiment is carried out under repast Simphony 2.7 development platform, and the experimental data is sorted and analyzed by using ggplot2 package based on R. The results show that: the communication of consciousness among individuals in the consciousness level and the improvement of the rehabilitation rate of individuals in the communication layer can reduce the scale of the spread of infectious diseases. At the same time, sparse network can alleviate the spread of infectious diseases to some extent. On the basis of the theoretical results, the study puts forward feasible countermeasures and suggestions, in order to put forward more efficient management scheme for infectious disease control.<br>
