Thank you for your response. Replacement hubs alone will not be enough. Please understand that some of these consumers/dealers have had to fix multiple DMAG Yukon hub failures only to have them fail again and again. Now, with our upgrade kit failing, these dealers do not have any patience for rebuilding a wheel with a replacement Giant hub. We need to put the customer's needs first and provide the quickest possible solution to these customers which is a replacement wheel. Please help D-Mag reconsider and understand our position.
