What you’ll do: Analyze business process requirement, data model design, system design and develop the service in accordance with IT standards, under DevOps and Agile principle.Provide timely production support, root cause analysesProvide professional consultancy and support timely for users' queries or requests.Maintain close communication with other IT teams and coordinate IT related stakeholder activities.Actively engage in continuous improvement objectives defined by the IT Service Management controls.Take ownership of assigned tasks and execute them as per agreed timelines and with minimal supervision.
