Method of installing cylindrical hole self aligning roller bearing<br>The cylindrical hole self-aligning roller bearing has two rows of spherical rollers, the outer ring has a common concave spherical raceway, the inner ring has two concave raceways with an angle of inclination to the bearing axis, and the curvature center of the outer ring raceway is consistent with the bearing center.<br>When installing the cylindrical hole self-aligning roller bearing, make the bearing hole coincide with the center line of the shaft. Bearing relative shaft deflection is not only difficult to install, but also causes indentation, journal bending and even inner ring fracture. Where the press is missing or cannot be used, the assembly sleeve and small hammer can be used to install the bearing. The hammering force shall be evenly transmitted to the whole circumference of the end face of the bearing ring, so the hammered end face of the assembly sleeve shall be spherical. The inner ring is loose fit with the shaft, and the bearing outer ring is tight fit with the housing hole. The bearing can be pressed into the shell first, at this time, the outer diameter of the assembly sleeve should be slightly smaller than the diameter of the shell hole. Outer ring and housing hole are tight fit, bearing inner ring and shaft. The end face of the assembly sleeve shall be made into a ring which can compress the end face of the inner and outer rings of the bearing at the same time, or a disk and the assembly sleeve shall be used to transmit the pressure to the inner and outer rings at the same time and press the bearing into the shaft and the shell. This device method is especially suitable for the device of centripetal spherical bearing which can adjust the center automatically. It shall be determined according to the structure, size and matching property of bearing parts. The pressure of the device and assembly shall be directly applied to the end face of the tight fitting gear ring, the device and assembly method of the bearing. It is not allowed to transfer the pressure through the rolling element, because this will cause indentation on the working surface of the bearing, affect the normal operation of the bearing, and even damage the bearing. The sticking frame, sealing ring, dust cover and other parts of the bearing are easy to deform, and the pressure of the device or the dismounted bearing cannot be added to these parts.<br>
