Bbis.5 Conditions of connection, reconnection and gradual power supplyBbis.5.1 Checking the connection and reconnection conditionsIn order to prevent perturbations to the network, the parallel of generators of any type must only happen when the frequency and voltage measured at the output terminals remain within the following limits for a time of 300 s (or not less than 30 s, accordingly to 8.4.1.3, a)):-voltage between 85 % and 110 % Un; frequency between 49.90 Hz and 50.10 Hz (default setting, adjustment range between 49 Hz and 51 Hz).In addition, the power delivery for production plants indirectly connected must be gradual, with a transition from the initial no load conditions at the instant the parallel is operated, to the value of available power with a maximum positive gradient not exceeding 20% per minute of the maximum capacity.Furthermore, the supply / power consumption for storage systems must be gradual, with a transition from the initials of "empty" condition at the instant of parallel, to the required power value of supply or absorption with a maximum positive gradient not more than 20% per minute of the maximum power (equal, for discharging, in PSMAX, or PNINV in the case of integrated storage systems, and, in charging, to PCMAX).The verification of compliance to these requirements is envisaged by the circuit of Figure 2Bbis. The test must be performed either in supply, that, in the case of storage systems connected to bidirectional converters, in power consumption.
