Cabin service language is a bridge to serve passengers in the aircraft cabin and an important part of cabin culture. It is a kind of relatively standardized and flexible oral language which can reflect a certain degree of civilization and communicate with passengers with the help of certain vocabulary and intonation. It is conducive to promoting cabin attendants to master communication skills, avoiding unnecessary contradictions and misunderstandings with passengers, and at the same time, it is also conducive to enhancing passengers' service satisfaction. Therefore, it is very important to improve the language art of cabin service. This paper mainly analyzes the promotion measures of cabin service language art from the perspective of cabin attendants. Firstly, this paper starts with the concept of cabin service language art, the requirements that should be paid attention to in cabin service language, etc., and focuses on summarizing the present situation of cabin service language art. On this basis, through the specific application of relevant cases, the problems and reasons in cabin service language are summarized.
