The Keggin structure is one of the six classic structures of polyoxometalates, which can be connected with various transition metals and their complexes to form a series of new structures with excellent properties. Due to its high variability in structural diversity, morphology, molecular size, and physical and chemical properties, the resulting inorganic-organic hybrid materials exhibit better physical and chemical properties. In this paper, imidazole is used as ligand and hydrothermal synthesis technology {(CoW12O40) [Ag (C6H6N4) 3] 2} · H2O is used. Fourier infrared spectroscopy (IR), X-ray single crystal diffraction technology (XRD), powder X-ray diffraction technology (PXRD) and other means were used to systematically characterize the above compounds. The analysis results show that the compound belongs to the triclinic crystal system, P-1 space group, the unit cell parameters are a = 17.835 (5) Å; b = 18.413 (5) Å; c = 27.155 (5) Å; α = 101.673 (0 ) °; β = 101.422 (0) °; γ = 109.731 (0) °. In addition, the fluorescent properties of this compound have also been studied in this paper, and this work has broadened the scope of knowledge of existing inorganic and organic hybrid compounds
