CreativityThere are two types of work in enterprises, one is reflective, the other is creative. The development of an enterprise is a creative work. Without creation, enterprises will be eliminated. Innovation is the soul of organizational change.3. Keep learningIt emphasizes the whole staff, the whole process, team learning and lifelong learning!
