(i)The Transferee acknowledges and

(i)The Transferee acknowledges and agrees that the General Partner may redeem and require a withdrawal of the Transferee from the Partnership at any time if the General Partner believes it must do so to comply with the Partnership’s obligations under AEOI. The Transferee agrees that the General Partner may allocate to the Transferee any AEOI withholding tax paid by the Partnership as a result of the Transferee’s actions and any liabilities and costs incurred by the General Partner and the Partnership in respect of any non-compliance by the Transferee of any provisions relating to AEOI in this Subscription Agreement or in the Partnership Agreement;
