In order to ensure the quality of construction and improve the economic benefits of construction enterprises, the important role of civil engineering construction site management is analyzed, and the problems in site management are pointed out, namely: problems in the early stage of construction, management system to be improved, and management team's comprehensive quality is not high. Proposed optimization measures for civil engineering construction site management: a sound management system should be established, a high-quality management team should be cultivated, drawings, materials, and technology should be accurately applied, and quality supervision should be implemented.

In order to ensure the quality of construction and improve the economic benefits of construction enterprises, this paper analyzes the important role of civil engineering construction site management, and points out the problems in site management, that is, there are problems in the pre-construction period, the management system needs to be perfected, and the overall quality of the management team is not high. The optimization measures of civil engineering construction site management are put forward: we should establish and improve the management system, train high-quality management team, apply drawings, materials and technology accurately, and carry out quality supervision.
