GSALLC shall after the end of each calendar month or at such other time as they may agree between themselves, agree on the total amounts to be paid to GHSZ in respect of each project or in respect of any bilateral agreement. Where payments have been made previously in respect of any project or agreement, these payments shall be taken into account in calculating the amount that remains to be paid. GHSZ may be required to return part or all of the amounts previously received in respect of a project where this is appropriate to achieve the correct final settlement of the Parties’ respective positions.
