With the freezing of annual increase for 2020, we would like to propose an equity adjustment for identified high potential and/or key talent. Considering our initiative to poach talents externally it is critical that we keep the morale and motivation of our existing high potential and key talents. In this regard, would like to seek your input on the definition of our targeted "hi-po" and "key talent" and following are my initial thought based on "talents" defined in our different people initiatives:
