In order to meet the requirements of spatial diversity of buildings, the column network in buildings often changes with the height of buildings. For example, in large-scale commercial buildings, the bottom is a large entertainment shopping plaza, while the upper part is a small apartment or office building. The lower vertical members are sparsely arranged, while the upper vertical members are arranged in a compact way. The typical "soft down and rigid up" non Conventional structural system, such a structural system needs to rely on the transfer floor components to achieve vertical component discontinuity, so that the anti lateral force system in the transfer floor mutation. This paper focuses on the design principle of the beam transfer floor, and analyzes and studies the structural design of the beam transfer floor of high-rise buildings.<br>
