The liquid ring vacuum pump is a vacuum supporting exhaust gas extraction system, and its selection is affected by the previous vacuum spray and spray design, which determines the amount of exhaust gas inhaled. In the design and actual operation, reducing the spray temperature of the scraper condenser and optimizing the distribution of the scraper spray liquid can effectively reduce the exhaust gas volume. After optimization and transformation of the scraper condenser and jet pump, the vacuum system load of the polyester plant can be effectively reduced, and the amount of air that needs to be sucked by the liquid ring pump will be reduced accordingly. It is expected that the power of the vacuum pump motor will be saved by about 10kW. If the pre-condensation upper chamber tail gas is directly sent to the final polycondensation system, it is expected to save about 14kW of power.
