First of all, I should thank you for your time today. We have been involved with the Wiper Bracket issue already for weeks. We have had long meetings during which FTBCI has been advised technically about the Ebusco’s demands. Yet it is FTBCI’s responsibility to come up with a WORKING solution and indeed a WORK INSTRUCTION for the repair process. Today we had a another long meeting in which FTBCI was supposed to present its solution and plans, however, nothing was presented. In reality, so far we have made no progress at all and this is not constructive. Once again, I would like to lay out Ebusco’s fair expectations:A working solution for the currently in operation busesA working solution for the currently in production busesA feasible work instruction for the currently in operation busesA solid commitment to the implementation of the “Agreed Solution” to the buses to be build in future, so that such problem will never occur. It’s important to point out that according to the most recent inspections, a crack has been observed in the brackets of some the buses. This means more and more buses are going to have the same issue in the near future. We as Ebusco regard this an important issue and expect that FTBCI understands our concern and hopefully share it too. We look forward to your addressing these concerns and fair expectations as soon as possible,
