Once again, our inability to control Quality is letting us down with our customers. For the last 2 shipments received at Major Equipment, for the Part 3000T-ROL06 every part is made incorrectly. This is for the Cyclone 250 and Cyclone 280, and there is another container on the water still to be received there, which we have to assume is also incorrect. The dimension of 57.3 is shown on the Drawing, is also on the DXF file yet what we made was 1mm Smaller. This means our Profiling again is not being controlled Correctly with Speeds and consumables, and that parts are not being checked after Profiling. Major Equipment will repair the parts there, but whatever the cost of repair there is, we will have to pay this, and there are potential over 300 parts needing repair. This inability to control quality is causing concern with our long term customers as they see us as not being able to ensure we send good product to them that doesn’t cause them problems and is making them consider holding off on future orders until we can prove we are in control, or potentially look to other suppliers. All of the above is hurting us financially and also making it very difficult to continue to get orders. Please respond with how this could happen and what is being done to prevent such a re-occurrence. I want to see an internal corrective action form filled in and completed on this, including what we are going to change on our ability to profile correctly.
