Abstract: in order to solve the positioning accuracy error and positioning calculation failure caused by the poor positioning calculation method of laser navigation AGV, this paper designs the corresponding algorithm of reflector matching and quality criteria based on the principle of laser global positioning and a combination of triangle positioning and trilateral positioning algorithm. Finally, the experiment of AGV positioning and navigation is carried out. The results show that the effective reflector angle and coordinate information can be obtained by using the laser radar transmitting pulse. Combined with the geometric algorithm of trilateral positioning and triangle positioning, the current global positioning of the car is finally obtained, and the relatively accurate global positioning is realized.<br>Keywords: AGV; positioning navigation, global pose; reflector;<br>
