[摘要] 目的：探讨支气管哮喘的发病因素，总结对支气管哮喘患者的有效护理方法及预防措施。方法：查阅呼吸科支气管哮喘疾病的诊疗报道文献，总结该病诱发原因，从参阅的护理报道中总结针对支气管哮喘患者的护理方法。结果：支气管的发病诱因主要包含遗传、变应原诱发、环境、药物及运动等；临床上对支气管哮喘患者的护理主要从健康教育、心理支持、隔绝诱因、生活（环境与饮食）、给药指导与呼吸康复训练等几个方面进行。结论：掌握支气管哮喘的诱发因素，据此采取有效的方案对患者进行护理，可帮助患者尽早康复。

[Abstract] Objective: To explore the pathogenic factors of bronchial asthma and summarize the effective nursing methods and preventive measures for patients with bronchial asthma. Methods: To review the literature of diagnosis and treatment of bronchial asthma in respiratory department, summarize the causes of the disease, and summarize the nursing methods for patients with bronchial asthma from the reference of nursing reports. Results: the predisposing factors of asthma included heredity, allergen induction, environment, medicine and exercise, etc. in clinic, the nursing of patients with asthma mainly included health education, psychological support, isolation of predisposing factors, life (environment and diet), medication guidance and respiratory rehabilitation training. Conclusion: to master the inducing factors of bronchial asthma and to take effective nursing measures can help patients recover as soon as possible.<br>
