In this paper, based on the domestic and foreign junior high school physics learning plan guidance related data research, the core literacy background of learning plan guidance teaching research and practice. First of all, access to domestic and foreign literature on junior high school physics learning plan guidance, through the literature review and analysis, to provide a theoretical basis for this study. Secondly, from the perspective of cultivating students' physics core literacy, this paper analyzes the teaching status of junior high school physics learning plan guidance, and expounds the research significance, research objectives and research methods. Then, combined with theoretical analysis and teaching experience, this paper discusses the role of the teaching mode of learning plan guidance in the formation of students' physics core literacy. After that, through interviews with teachers and questionnaire survey of more than 500 teachers and students in four middle schools inside and outside Jilin Province, combined with the actual work experience, the paper points out the problems existing in the implementation of the learning plan guidance teaching mode. Then, according to the results of interviews and questionnaires, the paper analyzes the reasons for the problems in the implementation process of learning plan guidance, puts forward the corresponding strategies to solve the problems, and designs the learning plan guidance case based on the core literacy. Finally, the research results are analyzed and summarized.<br>
