NOTES:1. WORK THIS DRAWING WITH: A) INSTRUCTION FOR SITE INSTALLATION B) RECOMMENDED INSPECTION AND SITE PLAN FOR SITE C) SHELL CLADDING AND INSULATION DETAILS DRAWING (ZE#F.3123)2. CELLULAR GLASS BLOCKS SHALL BE BUTTED TIGHTLY TOGETHER WITH 1.5MM MAXIMUM SPACE.3. CELLULAR GLASS BLOCKS SMALLER THAN APPROXIMATELY 1/3 BLOCK MUST NOT BE USED.4. REQUIREMENTS OF CONCRETE FOUNDATION SURFACE FOR BOTTOM INSULATION SYSTEM: FOUNDATION SURFACE (BY OTHERS) SHALL BE LEVEL WITHIN +/- 2MM (4MM MAXIMUM DIFFERENCE) IN ANY 2M BY 2M FOR AREAS COVERED WITH CELLULAR GLASS BLOCKS. A DIRECT OFFSET OF MAX. 1MM IS ALLOWED FOR SHORT DISTANCE. FOR ACHIEVING THE REQUIRED TOLERANCES A GROUTING LAYER (LEAN CONCRETE) COVERED WITH CUT-BACK BITUMEN PRIMER IS RECOMMENDED TO BE INSTALLED BEFORE PLACING THE BOTTOM INSULATION SYSTEM.5. TOP SURFACE OF EACH LAYER OF CELLULAR GLASS BLOCKS BE LEVEL WITHIN +/- 10MM (MAX. DIFFERENCE 20) IN ANY 3000 SEGMENT, EXPECT UNDER LOAD DISTRIBUTION RING +/- 3 (MAX. DIFFERENCE 6) IN ANY 7500 ARC AND +/- 6 (MAX. DIFFERENCE 12) AROUND TOTAL CIRCUMFERENCE. DIRECTLY ADJACENT CELLULAR GLASS BLOCKS SHALL HAVE A MAX VERTICAL OFFSET TO EACH OTHER OF +/- 2MM (MAX. DIFFERENCE 4). THE FINISHED SURFACE SHALL BE SMOOTH AND UNIFORM WITHOUT ANY ABRUPT CHANGES IN ELEVATION DUE TO DIFFERENCE IN BLOCK POSITION.6. THE BITUMINOUS FOIL AND THE CELLULAR GLASS BLOCKS ARE TO CUT OUT IN THE AREA OF THE ANCHOR STRAPS.7. ALUMINUM TAPE IS USED FOR FIXATION OF MINERAL WOOL AROUND ANCHOR STRAP AND AT THE JOINTS OF GLASS WOOL BLANKETS.8. ANY PENETRATION IN THE MINERAL WOOL SHALL BE SEALED TIGHT. IT HAS TO ENSURED THAT NO WATER OR HUMIDITY WILL ENTER INTO THE BOTTOM INSULATION
