With the development of science and technology and social economy, high-rise buildings have become the symbol of modern cities. As a vertical transport vehicle, the elevator carries a large number of people and logistics, which plays a vital role in the building. The elevator is controlled by a programmable controller. Through reasonable selection and design, the control level of the elevator can be effectively improved, and the control of the elevator can achieve a relatively ideal control effect.
This paper designs a three-layer elevator control system based on Siemens S7-200PLC. On the basis of introducing the elevator structure, the paper analyzes the control requirements of the three-story elevator and how to realize the control system with PLC in the design of the elevator control system, compile the ladder diagram, complete the debugging of the program, and use the elevator module of the QSPLC-III type experimental device. Simulation experiments were carried out on the three-story elevator control system.
