Responsibilities
• Responsible for McDonald's digital product operation and management, development and operation promotion strategy
• Responsible for the development of digital product operation performance evaluation indicators and to achieve the target include: activation, registration, trading volume, the number of active users and other promotional and operational objectives
• Works with Digital Product teams to own and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize for speed to scale, consistency, and high quality execution of products
• Responsible for tracking product operation data, and according to the operation data analysis results to adjust Digital Product operation strategy, ensures the use of best practices and lessons learned from previous initiatives
• Working primarily with all functional teams (Operations Marketing IT Communication), drives the delivery of a market-level roadmap of digital initiatives, owning accountability of execution pace, quality, consistency and buy-in in order to grow customer attachment to our digital products, build brand love, and to drive traffic, customer engagement as well as sales offline and online
Requirements
• 5+ years’ experience in program management for consumer technology, internet, digital media or e-commerce
• Bachelor’s degree is must
• Ability to work at a fast pace while managing competing priorities
• Demonstrable track record of shipping products and hands-on execution in product delivery
• Ability to develop project schedules, communicate deadlines, and enforce project deadlines
• Highly capable of clearly communicating tasks, schedules, risks and processes, to a variety of business, creative and technical audiences
• Strong ability to work cross functionally to deliver products and experiences
• Self-starter with strong bias for action
